Split over two levels, our 12 traditional hotel-style rooms all have a private patio or balcony and enjoy views of our lush tropical gardens and poolscape. Our rooms exude a clean and calm tropical brutalist tone, delicately accented with pops of playful colour. Each room is furnished with beautiful custom pieces and, wherever possible, we’ve used sustainable and recycled materials.
 
 

Perfect for a pair of lovers or a happy soloist, these open plan rooms feature a queen bed and an assortment of bespoke furniture pieces.

Available on both lower and upper levels, our spacious rooms are 34 sqm and have a private patio or balcony. All Standard Rooms have bathrooms adorned with Leif products, flat-screen smart TV’s, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, locally sourced snacks and beverages for purchase, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
 

A spacious room for a pair of lovers or a happy soloist, these sprawling rooms feature a closable bedroom with a queen bed and an assortment of bespoke furniture pieces. The enormous ochre corduroy built-in day bed can be made into a bed for young child.

Available on both lower and upper levels, these spacious rooms are 40 sqm and have a private patio or balcony. All The Sunseeker Rooms have bathrooms adorned with Leif products, flat-screen smart TV’s, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, locally sourced delicious snacks and beverages for purchase, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
 

A clever room for a small family or a couple of friends, these rooms feature two closable bedrooms and an assortment of bespoke furniture pieces.

Available on both lower and upper levels, these clever rooms are 44 sqm and have a private patio or balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a single bunk up top. The Family Rooms offer a shower over a bath and are adorned with Leif products, flat-screen smart TV’s, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, locally sourced snacks and beverages for purchase, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a small cooktop.

Leif Bath Products

Leif bath products reflect the best of Australia, with its sunny outlook and obscure flora. With native ingredients and a supporting cast of essential oils, their clean-formulations are vegan, cruelty-free and made in Australia. They are gentle enough for frequent use and suit all skin types. Free from sulphates, paraben, sensitising soaps, mineral oil fillers and animal testing.

Byron based Mayde Tea blends are a delicious salve for mind, body and soul, allowing you to savour nature’s healing power at any time of day. Every tea is created in harmony with your body and the environment, made with herbs harvested in their native location where they thrive best.

Coffee Supreme

Cult coffee brand Coffee Supreme have brought back Instant coffee in the best possible way. 100% coffee, no additives, no fillers and it's really good! Not only does their branding align with ours so perfectly but these guys are on a journey to be better (not perfect) and we love that about them. Coffee Supreme are also providing the chocolatey coffee beans at the Takeaway cart out the front.

The Sunseeker X Jilly Wine

We’ve partnered with local legend Jared at Jilly Wines to give you The Sunseeker x Jilly Wine ROSSO Bagnum. AKA – a modern goon bag. Could it get more nostalgic? Jilly Wines is a small batch winemaking company based in Clunes NSW. Each vintage is the culmination of a creative journey and marks a time and a place of creativity and inspiration that can never be reproduced in the same way.
